Spiral planer
LXBM spiral pig planer is an advanced equipment for pig planing in China. The inside of this machine is made up of U-shaped plates to form tunnels to avoid injury and smashing of pig bodies. The internal space is open and pig bodies of different sizes can be entered.
The wool planing process is all controlled by the program intelligent system, and the two rollers are respectively driven by two reducers. It can be planed quickly and can be applied to different pig breeds.
This machine is suitable for slaughterhouses with large slaughter volume (the pig body should be scalded before planing, and the pig body can be planed for three minutes after scalding with hot water or steam at 60-65 ℃).
